When returning items, please enclose a reason for the return and your order number. We cannot process a return unless we have your order number included with the
return. Please return all items in original package when possible.
Do not send items back by UPS, DHL, or FedEx at our expense or the shipping charges will not be covered by us.
A return RGA label will be sent to you from us if the item is defective or if the order we sent to you is wrong.
